The Ronin Project

The RØNIN Project is a one-man heavy project blending melodic metal, atmosphere, and raw emotion. Every track is written and shaped by Josh Young and AI, using guitars, grit, and modern tools as just another instrument in the arsenal.

Paper Gods, releasing July 31st, is a descent into fractured faith and the hollow power of false idols. It tears through themes of exile, martyrdom, and obsession, following the slow unraveling of belief as it twists into something darker and more dangerous. Each track pushes deeper into the cost of devotion, where longing becomes a weapon and conviction becomes a breaking point. This isn’t just an album, it’s a confrontation with everything people are taught not to question.
