A spiritual crisis set to thrash metal. "Dark Night of the Soul" rips through that moment when the prayers bounce back unanswered and the silence gets so loud it screams. It's about hitting that wall where you have to let the old version of yourself die before anything new can come through - the ego stripped away, the void reaching out, the bone broken to find the marrow. Not religious in the churchy sense, more that universal experience of being hollowed out and waiting in the dark for something to rebuild from.
