The 15th Stone(Gothic Unplugged Ballad)

By Crimson Requiem · Gothic Metal

What if the truth is not hidden because we cannot find it…

but because we were never meant to see it?

In the silent depths of an ancient Japanese garden, fourteen stones lie beneath the moonlight, arranged in a pattern that seems almost perfect. Yet no matter where the observer stands, one stone remains forever unseen.

Fourteen.

Always fourteen.

And the question becomes an obsession.

Where is the fifteenth stone?

"The 15th Stone" is a Gothic Unplugged Ballad about perception, obsession, imperfection, and the fragile boundary between reality and the mind. Inspired by the mysterious philosophy of the Japanese rock garden and the psychological darkness of Edgar Allan Poe, the song follows a solitary observer whose search for the missing stone gradually becomes a journey inward.

The garden offers no answer.

The stones remain silent.

And perhaps the missing piece was never outside at all.

“The fifteenth stone… was always me.”
