My Wings

By Crimson Requiem · Gothic Metal

“My Wings” is a dramatic symphonic metal/gothic song about loss, fall, and spiritual longing.

Through a deep, expressive baritone voice, the song tells the story of a fallen angelic soul who contemplates his broken wings and yearns to rise again. Blending dark orchestral textures with powerful metal elements, the music grows from quiet introspection to an epic, emotional climax, reflecting the struggle between weakness and redemption.

At its core, the song speaks about finding rest and salvation through the Light, even after a long descent into shadow.
