Awaken the Fire

By Crimson Requiem · Gothic Metal

Gothic metal ballad with dominant emotional piano throughout the entire song, Dark melancholic atmosphere, cinematic and deeply emotional mood, Powerful yet fragile female vocals with expressive vibrato, intimate verses and soaring emotional choruses, The piano must remain the central instrument from beginning to end, leading the melody with dramatic classical-inspired passages and haunting arpeggios, Slow tempo around 65–75 BPM, Subtle orchestral strings and ambient choir textures in the background, creating a gothic cathedral-like atmosphere, Soft clean electric guitar in verses, gradually building into emotional distorted guitars during climaxes without overpowering the piano, Deep bass, restrained cinematic drums with toms and cymbal swells, Rich reverbs, layered harmonies and atmospheric production inspired by early 2000s gothic metal and symphonic rock ballads, Emotional themes of loss, longing, memories, inner darkness and fragile hope, The overall sound should feel haunting
