⚔️November Mourning⚔️
November Mourning is an atmospheric alternative and progressive metal band from Dallas, Texas. Intimate baritone vocals move through fragile falsetto and cathartic screams, surrounded by melodic eight-string guitars, felt piano, immersive electronics, and expansive post-rock crescendos. Quiet passages give way to crushing weight, with intricate drumming and a strong melodic core holding the shifts together.
Their songs explore damaged intimacy, depression, grief, and the ways old wounds enter new relationships. The writing finds its force in specific moments: an unanswered call, a hand holding keys, a conversation that changes everything. Love, self-preservation, and accountability often occupy the same room.
Beautiful Damage brings those themes into focus through the patient reconstruction of “Stitching the Edges,” the painful self-reckoning of “Safe Enough to Ruin,” and the inherited patterns confronted in “The Language.” The companion EP Simply Damaged revisits unreleased material from the band’s early beginnings alongside songs that found their place beyond the album.
November Mourning gives vulnerability room to speak, then lets the full weight of the band answer.
