This Is What True Evil Is

By Cyberfoxes · Industrial Metal

This song is not subtle and it is not polite. It is a lyrical indictment of biblical violence, stripping away metaphor and reverence to look directly at the body count. Floods, plagues, infanticide, collective punishment, obedience at knife point. All presented in scripture as holy, necessary, righteous.

The verses retell familiar stories without worship language or moral varnish. No symbolism, no allegory, no soft focus. Just consequences. Children drowned, firstborns suffocated, cities erased, laws that sanctify ownership and cruelty. The chorus asks a simple question and does not blink while asking it. If this is good, what would evil even look like?

This track is for listeners who are done pretending brutality becomes benevolent when stamped with divine authority. It is not anti faith fluff and it is not shock for shock’s sake. It is a cold reading of the text itself, minus the choir.

If it makes you uncomfortable, good. That means it worked.
