Cannon Strong is an independent, solo thrash metal project founded in 2026 by Bill Cannon, former vocalist of metal band Sonic Wall. Influenced by Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, Cannon Strong delivers agressive riffs, powerful vocals and classic thrash energy with a modern edge. Additional influences include Exodus, Testament, Rage Against the Machine and Cro-Mags. Bill writes, arranges and produces every Cannon Strong track using AI-assisted instrumentation and vocals as part of the production process. The song writing, arrangments and creative directive are his. Before Cannon Strong, Bill was the vocalist for Sonic Wall, whose track "Insane" has 95k streams on Spotify.
