Cannon Strong is an independent, solo thrash metal project founded in 2026 by Bill Cannon, former vocalist of metal band Sonic Wall. Influenced by Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax, Cannon Strong delivers agressive riffs, powerful vocals and classic thrash energy with modern edge. Additional influences include Exodus, Testagment, Rage Against the Machine and Cro-Mags. Bill writes, arranges, and produces every Cannon Strong track, using AI-assisted instrumentation and vocals as part of the production process. The songwriting, arrangments and creative direction are his. Before Cannon Strong, Bill was the vocalist for Sonic Wall, whose track "Insane" has 95k streams on Spotify.
