Widow’s Wail is a seven-woman coven of symphonic black metal crossed with funeral doom. Bone-crushing guitars, distorted bass, blast beats, and processional drums carry dark symphonic strings and a veiled female choir. Lilith’s commanding low alto and Hecate’s feral screams trade lines like an invocation turning into a fight.
Their songs tell stories of curses laid with intent, bargains struck with the Devil, dead things summoned, and lives spent to save their own. These witches know exactly what they’re doing.
