Far My Kingdom (FMK) is an independent metal project created around the idea of exploring how many different faces metal can have.
FMK combines melodic death metal, gothic metal, doom, folk, progressive and industrial influences, moving between different styles while keeping a recognizable focus on heavy guitars, strong melodies, atmosphere and cinematic moods.
FMK is an AI-assisted music project, but AI is not presented as the artist itself. The project is human-directed from beginning to end. The human side defines the ideas, lyrics, themes, musical direction, arrangements, song structures, visual concepts and final selections, while generative AI is used as a creative and production tool to help turn those ideas into music and imagery.
The project began as an experiment in creating original metal music with AI, but gradually developed into something much larger: a growing independent music world with its own characters, visual identity, stories and different musical eras.
FMK does not try to imitate one particular band or remain inside one metal genre. The project is built around evolution. One release may lean toward gothic doom or melodic death metal, while another may move into darker industrial territory or instrumental music.
