The Future Looked Better On Screen
By M3T4M3N5CH
This album is a collection of lovingly delivered slaps in the face for our times. It’s about beauty that hurts, heroes no one asked for, influencers with a savior complex, and the American Dream that reliably rings the alarm for the early shift.
Here, people smile while everything burns, prayers fill the comment sections, and freedom’s on sale in the discount aisle. The songs know they don’t have the answers – but they ask some very uncomfortable questions. Sarcastic, loud, sometimes mean, and often a little too close to reality.
Humor helps you survive. So does this album.
