Massacooraman is a dark conceptual journey into the final days of Jonestown, told through the eyes of the people trapped inside it, the visitors who arrive too late, and the man who built the illusion.
Rather than following a single musical formula, every track becomes a different chapter of the story. Tribal percussion, ragga, nu-metal, industrial, hip-hop, doom, gospel, avant-garde metal and cinematic sound design collide and mutate as the narrative descends from idealism into isolation, paranoia, violence and finally catastrophe.
The album begins with the promise of Shangri’la and ends with Oblation — where voices, funeral chants and fragments of Jones’s speeches collide in a claustrophobic final ritual.
