Predatory Virtue (Music Video)
By Far My Kingdom · Gothic Doom
“Predatory Virtue” explores the darker side of human nature — the moment when virtue becomes a disguise and the hunter is no longer someone outside, but something much closer to home. The track combines heavy melodic guitars, dark atmosphere and a strong vocal performance, building tension between beauty and menace. It is a song about appearances, instinct and what may be hiding beneath them.
About Gothic Doom
Gothic Doom blends doom metal's crushing, slow-paced heaviness with dark romantic atmospheres, haunting keyboards, and melancholic themes. Often features the "beauty and the beast" vocal approach—pairing ethereal clean vocals with deep growls—alongside orchestral elements and lyrics exploring love, loss, and existential despair. Think Type O Negative, My Dying Bride, Draconian.
