The Norns

This song is about the three Norns who live at the well of Urd and weave the threads of fate. The well is located at the root of Yggdrasil, the world tree. One of the Norns represents the past, one the present, and one the future. Together they spin the threads of fate that apply to both humans and gods, and no one can escape their destiny.
